West Texas TESOL is a regional affiliate of Texas Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TexTESOL). Our mission is to promote high-quality instruction for English learners across all levels of education. West Texas TESOL serves the geographical area covered by the Region 17, 18, and 19 Educational Service Centers, which includes the Lubbock, Midland-Odessa, and El Paso metro areas.
